The executive and members of the Barbados Cultural Association of British Columbia look forward to hosting you at this year's 26th annual NCBAC Conference.
The conference will take place from Friday, May 21 to Monday, May 24. Honourable John Boyce, Barbados' Minister of Transport and Works will be the guest speaker at the Banquet on Saturday, May 23.
Honourable Lindsay Blackett, Minister, Alberta Culture and Community Spirit, will be guest speaker to open the Conference , Saturday, May 22.
Barbadian born Senator Anne Cools will be speaker at lunch on Saturday, May 22.

This year the NCBAC will be celebrating the contributions of Barbadians to Canada - especially those of Joe Fortes (1865-1922) and Colonel Richard Moody (1813-1887).
Full registration is $200.00 which covers Saturday morning`s breakfast, all workshops (Workshop 1: Identity Theft, Workshop 2: Barbados Country Team, Workshop 3: Cardiovascular health in new immigrants), Saturday`s lunch, Saturday`s Banquet, and the bus tour + lunch and the Cultural Show on Sunday. Register with your local Association.

Transportation
The Barbados Cultural Association of British Columbia (BCABC) will be organizing a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Cultural Show & Dinner
The Cultural Show will be held at the hotel starting at 6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. Those who plan to participate and showcase their talents must submit their information by May 12th, 2010 to Natasha: natasha@tashae.com. Please note the cultural show is a family event and care should be taken that the talent meets this criteria.
